For this weeks "Home of the Week", I wanted to take a minute to feature one of my favorite Hartford Homes floorplans ---> the Yellowstone. Right now, they are building this model in their TimberVine subdivision (located just South of Timberline and Vine). It is 2356 square feet, 3 beds/3 baths and features one of the most functional layouts I have seen in a new build. The downstairs is wide open, with a large kitchen, dining nook and living room that all flow together nicely, allowing the perfect space for entertaining. There is also a small office space on the main level (just off of the oversized entryway), that is a great spot for a small desk setup for paying bills or doing homework.

Upstairs, the spacious master suite features large windows that let in plenty of natural light and a well laid out master bath. There is an upstairs laundry room and a good size loft (large enough for another living area) separating the master from the two additional bedrooms upstairs. The layout of this home is very fluent and functional!
