Brand New Townhomes in Fort Collins!

I wanted to give you a quick heads up that we just listed some brand NEW townhomes in Fort Collins. Townhomes can be difficult to find in our market.... especially new ones! Not to mention, this is a great opportunity to get in during the beginning stages of the subdivision and build some equity.

They are located in the Mosaic neighborhood, just North of Vine on Timberline (see below↓)
