Timnath - Northern Colorado's Next Big Thing?
As most residents of Northern Colorado know, our Real Estate market is booming! There is a TON of new construction popping up in Fort Collins and surrounding areas. Wellington, Loveland, Windsor all have several new home developments in city planning, but the area that I see the most future growth potential is Timnath!
If you haven't been over to Timnath lately, it is definitely worth a trip. It is a beautiful area, and only about 5 minutes from South Fort Collin's popular shopping and restaurants. When you take a drive through the town of Timnath, you will notice quite a few home starts in progress. Builders like CB Signature, Sage, CalAtlantic, Hartford Homes, William Lyons, Richmond, DR Horton and several other local and custom builders are building in the area. You can find anything from Farmhouse style, to contemporary modern homes and none of them will disappoint.
Brent and I even decided towards the end of last year to make the move to Timnath ourselves! We are currently building a home in Timnath Ranch, and expect to close in late April.
